So, we went and sat through the excitement that is a graduation [if you don't hear the droll sarcasm in my voice just imagine it. Cause it's there. Believe me]. The kids did mostly ok. There were a few moments when we would have liked to contemplate murder, but over-all they did about as well as the rest of us. I'm sure the group in front of us would have appreciated having their backs jabbed a few less times, but they never said anything. The best part where the pictures afterwards.

Doug Graduated!
It's official! Doug is done with High School!!
So, we went and sat through the excitement that is a graduation [if you don't hear the droll sarcasm in my voice just imagine it. Cause it's there. Believe me]. The kids did mostly ok. The kids congratulating Uncle Doug! They sure were excited for him (or to no longer be stuck in the bleachers - one of the two)
Jason found a hat with a tassel on the ground. It even pretended to fit him!
How cute!!
Shelly didn't want to be left out without a 'hat'
Here we all are. I love that we ended up without either of the kids! Family is great!!
Doug picked In-N-Out for dinner. Jason picked Matt and Sabrina's sunglasses for eye wear. It all worked out.
There are several things here to notice - notice that Katie is only pretending to be excited! Jason has been attached to her since she got here! Notice I look drunk [don't really, it's not that exciting]. Notice that Mark is holding Shelly and her head doesn't quite look right... She fell asleep about 20 feet before we parked the car and stayed asleep in Mark's arms the whole time we were there.
