Grammy and Grandpa had a 3 hour layover in SLC last night on their way home from their cruise with the Brashiers in Alaska. We drove up to get a quick visit in and to help them pass their time. I think all involved were entertained.
Can you see them? The kids ran up to go meet them and were so excited they ran back.

We ended up going to Temple Square and playing around by the reflecting pool.

Amazingly enough - Jason even ventured in a bit.

Jason tried to smell with his hands (i.e. pick them). We put a stop to that. Can't have a ton of holes in the greenery. That would not be nice.

This is a favorite way to ride in the stroller. The kids always manage to find a way to hitch a ride.
Mark had to work, so he caught up with us as soon as he was done.

When it was time to head out, we walked by the temple and the kids couldn't resist a run up the stairs.
I'm sure they intended a statue to be there - at least that was the kids' opinion.
