Utah Trip

We drove up to Utah for Memorial Day weekend. We neglected to inform the Schofields that we would be visiting. It was quite the excitement leaving Shelly on their porch and then running away to watch the reaction. Julibeth was quite excited to see us there!! Too bad Mark’s folks were out on a date… We went to BYU campus to try to find them, and succeeded in finding their car, but no actually bodies to go with it. So, we left a not on their car...


Needless to say they were not overly excited when they got in the car. Dad was quite nervous wondering if something might have happened with the cows, and Mom was assuming it was a prank. The look on their face when they walked into their living room and found us was priceless! :-)

We then had quite a bit of fun hanging out with them and getting to visit. We played on the farm with the kids










We also got a chance to visit other family...

This is Mark's Uncle Jim. He lives just across the garden from his folks.
This is Mark's Grandma and Grandpa (his dad's parents). They're a lot of fun to hang out with and make candy with ;-)
